FORT KENT

The following cases were heard in 1st District Court at Fort Kent by Judge Ronald A. Daigle on Wednesday, Jan. 13.

Clarence Beaulieu, 50, 84 Main St., St. Jacques, New Brunswick, operating motor vehicle while under influence of intoxicating liquor, $750, 90 days in jail, all suspended but 30 days, probation for one year, license suspended two years; operating after suspension, $200.

William W. Harvey, 54, 60 West Minister St., Westerly, R.I., operating after suspension, $100.

Thomas J. Pinette, 42, RR 2, Fort Kent, speeding, $125.

Greg Bernier, 19, 16 Maple St., Fort Kent, illegal possession of liquor by minor, $100.

Steve Michaud, 28, 14 Maple St., Fort Kent, possession of marijuana, $200.

Robin McBreairty, 37, Allagash, violation of court harassment order (two counts), five days in jail on each count, sentences to be served concurrently.

Norman L. Madore, 63, Fort Kent, operating motor vehicle while under influence of intoxicating liquor, $500, seven days in jail, license suspended one year.

Daniel E. Bouchard, 23, RR 3, Fort Kent, operating motor vehicle while under influence of intoxicating liquor, $500, seven days in jail, license suspended one year.

James Ouellette, 25, 1 Highland Ave., Fort Kent, driving to endanger, $100, license suspended 30 days, restitution of $79.94.

Leonard Veilleux, 31, 349 Main St., Clair, New Brunswick, failure to stop for officer, $300, license suspended 90 days.

PRESQUE ISLE

The following cases were heard Jan. 19-20 in 2nd District Court in Presque Isle by Judge David B. Griffiths.

Krista C. Tompkins, 20, Fort Fairfield, operating motor vehicle while under influence of intoxicating liquor, 48 hours in jail, 90-day license suspension, $350.

Jean P. LeBlanc, 60, Presque Isle, operating motor vehicle while under influence of intoxicating liquor, 48 hours in jail, 90-day license suspension, $350.

Daren J. Clark, 27, Manchester, N.H., operating motor vehicle after license suspension, $200.

Andrew Rideout, 31, Westfield, criminal trespass, 30 days in jail; criminal mischief, 30 days in jail, sentences to be served concurrently.

Cindy S. Hathaway, 27, Presque Isle, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $100.

William Barfield, 31, Presque Isle, disorderly conduct, 48 hours in jail.

PRESQUE ISLE

The following case was heard Jan. 13 in 2nd District Court at Presque Isle by Judge David B. Griffiths.

James C. Oliver, 26, North Amity, operating without Maine state police operating authority, $100.

HOULTON

The following cases were among those processed during the week beginning Jan. 11, in 2nd District Court by Judge David B. Griffiths. Only cases with fines totaling $100 or more are listed.

Garth A. Suslovic, 28, Houlton, failure to notify the operator of an unattended vehicle of a collision, $150; operating after suspension and without proper financial responsibility, $750, 15 days in jail, suspended, six months probation, payment of restitution in the amount of $243.62.

David G. Tamburello, 19, Limestone, operating after suspension of license, $150.

CARIBOU

The following cases were among those processed Dec. 30 to Jan. 19, in 1st District Court at Caribou by Judge Ronald A. Daigle:

Wally S. Babbidge, 34, Stockholm, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor, $300, 48 hours in jail, license suspended for 90 days; operating an unregistered motor vehicle, $60.

Arsene D. Brissette, 45, Caribou, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor, $300, 48 hours in jail, license suspended for 90 days; making a false public alarm or report, $200.

Katrina Frank, 29, Caribou, assault, $100, all but $60 suspended; criminal mischief, $100, all but $60 suspended.

Walter C. Burlock, 28, Caribou, assault, 48 hours in jail.

Charles A. Collins, 18, Caribou, passing a stopped school bus with light flashing, $250.
