PRESQUE ISLE — The Presque Isle branch of the American Association of University Women will meet at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 11, in the library conference room at the University of Maine at Presque Isle.

Janet Amberger of Fort Fairfield will present a program titled “What In the World Will I Teach Today?” She will discuss teaching strategies based on her experience at the National Geographic Society Institute for Educators.

Members are invited to a program, “A Day in Criminal Court” on Wednesday, Feb. 17. Members will meet for lunch at 11:30 a.m. at the Caribou House, after which they will visit 2nd District Court and discuss criminal cases. Meg Johnson of Presque Isle, an attorney, will present the program.
