Jeffrey A. Brown, 22, Hancock, digging shellfish in a closed area, $100.

Emma M. Carey, 21, Auburn, assault, fine of $100, restitution of $600, two days in jail.

Christopher H. Clark, 26, Ellsworth, assault, $100.

John D. Dow, 34, Damariscotta, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor, $500, 120 days in jail, all but seven days suspended, probation period for one year, license suspended for one year.

Carol A. Hann, 23, Bucksport, operating a motor vehicle after suspension, $100.

Bruce A. Lamb, 52, Bucksport, operating a motor vehicle after suspension, $100.

Randell H. Leighton, 34, Blue Hill, furnishing a place for minors to consume liquor, $300.

Christopher Lord, 18, Ellsworth, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $100.

Stanley Neleski, 20, Franklin, operating a motor vehicle after suspension, $150.

Philip G. O’Brien, 48, Bucksport, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor, $400, two days in jail, license suspended for 90 days.
