ROCKLAND — The following cases were disposed of in Knox County Superior Court:
Fred Monroe, 34, Rockland, driving after license suspension, dismissed.
Sarah G. Hill, 68, Rockland, theft, dismissed.
Chad Brown, 21, Rockland, burglary, one year in jail; theft, 60 days in jail.
Dale J. Nadolny, 22, Camden, assault, $250.
Susan Grafton, 39, Cushing, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor, $350, six months in jail, all but 30 days suspended; loaded firearm in a vehicle, driving after license suspension, failure to stop, 30 days in jail.
Kelly Feltis, 23, Camden, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor, $350, 90-day license suspension; assault dismissed; disorderly conduct, 48 hours in jail; and unlawful possession of cocaine, 30 days in jail.
Charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor were: Nicole Ludington, 22, Tenants Harbor, $350, 72 hours in jail, and 90-day license suspension; Debra J. Upham, 35, Waldoboro, $400, 72 hours in jail and 90-day license suspension; William F. Crowl, 42, Rockland, $350, 90-day license suspension, unregistered auto, dismissed; Craig J. Harwood, 30, Camden, $400, 72 hours in jail, 90-day license; Robert L. Kelley, 52, Nobleboro, $750, 30 days in jail, and two years of license suspension; Philip H. Chase, 43, Union, $500, 60 days in jail with all but 10 days suspended, one year of license suspension; Wayne S. Havener, 28, Rockland, $750, nine months in jail, with all but 30 days suspended, two years of license suspension.
