MACHIAS — The following cases were processed in 4th District Court in Machias, Feb. 22-March 5, with Judge John V. RomeiCQ presiding:

Richard W. Horsfall, 27, Machiasport, criminal mischief, four months in jail, all but 15 days suspended, one year probation with conditions of no use or possession of intoxicating liquor, subject to random search and testing for use and possession of liquor, must undergo alcohol abuse counseling, $948 restitution; allowing consumption of liquor by minor, $250; furnishing liquor to minor, $250.

Harold Landeen, 51, Cutler, operating motor vehicle while under influence of intoxicating liquor, $350, 48 hours in jail, license suspended 90 days.

Mark Levesque, 33, Columbia Falls, negotiating worthless instrument, pleaded guilty, sentencing scheduled for March 17.

Tyrone B. Preston Jr., 30, Machias, criminal threatening, assault, criminal display of dangerous weapon, separate but concurrent sentences on each charge to six month in jail, all suspended. one year probation with conditions of no use or possession of intoxicating liquor or firearms, subject to random search and testing for use and possession of liquor, mandatory participation substance abuse and domestic abuse counseling programs.

Michael G. Roberts, 15, East Machias, driving to endanger, $100, license suspended 60 days.

Neil E. Christiansen, 20, Rothesay, New Brunswick, operating motor vehicle while under influence of intoxicating liquor, $350, license suspended 90 days.

Tammy Hatt, 21, East Machias, two counts of negotiating worthless instrument, $100.

Harry Newman, 47, Campobello Island, New Brunswick, operating motor vehicle while under influence of intoxicating liquor, $350, 48 hours in jail, license suspended 90 days.

James Archibald, 33, Lubec, operating motor vehicle while under influence of intoxicating liquor, $350, 48 hours in jail, license suspended 90 days.

Dennis W. Sergeant, 22, Milbridge, furnishing liquor to minor, $100.

Harry L. Kidder, 22, East Machias, operating motor vehicle after license suspended, $100.
