In a BDN article dated Nov. 17, 1988, Peter Adams Anderson of Bangor was identified as Donald Rogerson’s hunting companion on the day Rogerson shot and killed Karen Wood.

On May 7, 1993, the BDN printed a letter by a Peter A. Anderson of Bangor attacking Lorraine Tedeschi and the Non-hunters Rights Alliance and loudly proclaiming the safety of hunting on Maine.
