FARMINGTON – Megan Woodcock tallied two goals plus an assist as the UMaine Farmington women’s soccer team rolled over Husson 7-1 Thursday in college action.
Addie Price also had two goals for the 1-0 Beavers. Julia Malek and Richelle Dube provided a goal each, and Hannah Bogar added an assist. Alyson Pontbriand stopped four of eight shots.
Beatriz DeYcoza scored off a pass from Kristin Pelletier for the 0-4 Braves of Bangor. Meg Taylor had 10 saves on 24 shots.
Maine Maritime 1, Unity 0
At Castine Wednesday, Madawaska’s Meghan Marshall made just one save, but earned a shutout as defense shackled Unity.
Maine Maritime, now 2-0-1, outshot the Rams 22-2 as sophomore Stacy Jones scored the lone goal with seven minutes left in overtime on a Melissa Frost assist.
Kristin Hewitt had nine saves for the 1-3 Rams.

Unity 6, CMTC 3
At Auburn, Andy Brower scored two goals an assist to lead the Rams over the Mustangs.
Collin Edmondson added two goals for 3-0 Unity. Tim Howland and Sean Edwards each contributed a goal and Jeremy McCormick had two assists. Dave Clark stopped six of 12 shots.
Peter Burnette put in two goals for 3-2 Central Maine Tech. Todd Harris added a goal and Joe Cormier made 11 saves on 16 shots.
