PITTSFIELD – SAD 53 adult education classes plan an “enrollment night” from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 18, at the Warsaw Middle School library.
Because all seventh-graders now have laptop computers, director John Campbell said, the number of computer classes has been increased in an effort to expand computer literacy.
This fall, four computer-based classes will be offered, including introduction to computers, keyboarding, Microsoft Word 2000, and genealogy using the Internet.
Other class offerings include basketball, quilting, biology, art, algebra, English grammar and composition, volleyball, scrapbooking, hunter safety, and certified nurse’s assistant training.
