Donald Harrington, no age given, Greenville, criminal threatening, 90 days in jail, suspended, placed on probation for one year.
Raymond T. Fawcett, 63, Sanford, bear hunting on unlabeled stand, $100.
James E. Theriault, 46, Milo, violation of protection from abuse order, $150.
David C. Burke, 18, Bangor, burglary, 60 days in jail.
Jamie E. Melia, 21, Cambridge, leaving the scene of a property-damage accident, $100, five days in jail, restitution to be made to the victim.
Steven A. Smith, 35, Guilford, assault, $200.
Dennis McGee, 37, Greenville, violation of bail condition, 18 months in jail with all but 120 days suspended, ordered to forfeit the firearm used in the commission of the crime to the Greenville Police Department; criminal threatening, 60 days in jail; criminal mischief, 60 days in jail.
Theodore Smart, 21, Dover-Foxcroft, two counts of sexual abuse of minors, 90 days in jail on each count; violation of protection from abuse order, 90 days in jail.
Robert R. Manchester, 21, Rockville, Conn., possession of marijuana, $200; illegal possession of drug paraphernalia, $100.
Billy R. Marshall, 63, Dover-Foxcroft, failure to mark wood lot property lines, $150.
Spencer C. Grinnell, 18, Dexter, receiving stolen property, $200 fine and restitution of $365.
Clifford J. Wilson, 48, North Berwick, loaded firearm in a motor vehicle, $100.
Mark A. Curtis, 25, Greenville Junction, harassment by telephone, 60 days in jail with all but 48 hours suspended, probation for one year, $20 per month supervision fee; three additional counts of harassment by telephone, 60 days in jail on each count, with 48 hours suspended on each count.
John D. Larson Jr., 17, Guilford, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, license suspended for 20 days; displaying a fictitious inspection sticker, license suspended for 20 days.
Billy R. Marshall, 63, Dover-Foxcroft, unlawful cutting of trees, $150, suspended.
Paul Dixon, 28, Quincy, Mass., hunting without a license, $144.
Claud Tremblay, 25, Charlevoix, Quebec, loaded firearm in a motor vehicle, $100.
David C. Burke, 18, Bangor, failure to appear in court, 30 days in jail.
Keith G. Rowe, 50, Greenville, unlawful possession of schedule W, X, Y, and Z drugs, $750, 364 days in jail, which was suspended.
Henry A. Burleigh, 40, Seymour, Tenn., operating a motor vehicle after license suspension, $150, with $100 suspended.
Cases involving operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor were as follows: Wayne A. Russell, 25, Brownville Junction, $500, seven days in jail and license suspended for 90 days; Kenneth G. Peat, 34, Greenville, $400, 48 hours in jail, $40 jail reimbursement fee to Piscataquis County and license suspended for 90 days; James F. Loretta, 56, Brewer, $500, seven days in jail and license suspended for 90 days; Paul O. Cheverie, 46, New York, $350, and license suspended for 90 days; and Raymond A. Bolstridge, 62, Milo, $500, seven days in jail and license suspended for 90 days.
