Portland will be host to more than 20 different comic book writers and artists on Sunday, March 13, at the Alpha Con Comic Book Convention. The show will be held 10 a.m.-5 p.m. at Verrillo’s Convention Center, located at exit 8 of the Maine Turnpike.

Featured guests will include cover artist Brian Stelfreeze, DC artist Paul Pelletier and “Green Hornet” writer Ron Fortier.
