The directors of Unitedcorp have declared a semi-annual dividend of 7 cents per common share, representing a 14 percent increase from the distribution declared one year ago.

This is the ninth consecutive annual dividend increase declared by the bank, according to Unitedcorp news release. The dividend is payable Aug. 1.

Unitedcorp is the parent of United Bank, with headquarters in Bangor and branches in Hampden, Hermon and Jackman.
