SALEM, Mass. – Former Salem football coach Ken Perrone and four assistants will be in Essex Superior Court Wednesday. Perrone and his assistants defied a cease-and-desist memo and coached the football team during Salem’s teachers’ strike last fall. Their contracts were not renewed.
