MACHIAS — The Washington County Regional Planning Commission will hold its 27th annual meeting and dinner at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 20, at Graham’s Restaurant, Lower Main Street.

Executive committee officers will be elected. Diane Tilton, director of the Sunrise County Economic Council, will speak on economic development planning for Washington County, and summarize the past months’ activities by the SCEC and affiliates.
