A story in Wednesday’s paper regarding a $600,000 civil judgment received by a Newburgh man in Penobscot County Superior Court incorrectly stated that Bruce Torrey’s wife testified at an April 2 hearing. Torrey is not married. The woman who testified was his mother.

A school bus rodeo was held Wednesday at the Weatherbee School in Hampden, not Hermon as reported in a story on Page B6 Thursday. Winners included Clarence Colbath of SAD 23 and Don Getchell of Champion of Maine.
