A front page story Monday about the Kenduskeag Stream Canoe Race inaccurately described one of the rescuers. Doug Thompson has taught outdoor education classes at Brewer High School and has been named a teaching assistant for next semester’s Outdoor Leadership Program at the University of Maine.
