SKOWHEGAN — The following cases were handed down in May by Justice Donald Alexander at Somerset County Superior Court:

Roland Flood, 34, Anson, burglary and theft in November 1995 at Embden, six months in jail.

Mark Lane, 20, Pittsfield, 10 counts of burglary and eight counts of theft from March to April 1995 at St. Albans, two years in jail, all but 60 days suspended, three years probation, $5,732.82 restitution.

Curtis Knox, 34, East Livermore, theft in November 1982 at New Portland, 364 days in jail, all but 30 suspended, one year probation, $1,723.80 restitution.

Brian Etheridge, 34, Waldoboro, unlawful sexual contact, October 1995 in Fairfield, 364 days in jail, all but 30 days suspended, $500 fine and one year probation.

Nikoloas Kostopoulos, 24, Kingfield, receiving stolen property, October 1995 at North New Portland, 30 days in jail, $350 restitution.

Shane Murphy, 21, Fairfield, terrorizing and violation of conditions of release, February at Fairfield; assault, January at Fairfield, 30 days in jail.

James Mower Jr., 37, Hartland, habitual offender and leaving the scene of an accident, September 1995 at Hartland, 10 days in jail.

John McKinley, 26, Skowhegan, criminal mischief, obstructing a public way and disorderly conduct, January at Skowhegan, seven days in jail, $70 restitution.

Michelle Liddell, 34, Skowhegan, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor and operating a motor vehicle after license was suspended, November 1995 at Skowhegan, 90 days in jail, all but seven days suspended, $600 fine, 18-month license suspension and one year probation.

Tammy Lee Stevens, 32, Skowhegan, disorderly conduct, July 1995 at Madison, $100 fine.

Brian McKenna, 26, Belgrade, criminal trespass, September 1995 at Highland Plantation, $75 fine.

Paul Laney, 20, Gardiner, operating a vehicle on a snowmobile trail, January at Indian Stream Township, $75 fine.

Lewis Estes, 27, Pittsfield, assault, September 1995 in Pittsfield, filed.

Martha Cruickshank, 40, Canaan, operating a motor vehicle after license was suspended, August 1995 at Fairfield, filed.

Elmer Genness, 44, Fairfield, attempted theft, January 1995 at Skowhegan, filed.

Maurice Plummer, 30, Dexter, three counts of night hunting, illegal possession of a deer in nighttime, false registration of deer, November 1994 in Cambridge, filed.

Kelly Lofton, 28, North Anson, failure to appear, November 1994 in Skowhegan, filed.

David Labin, 40, Skowhegan, indecent conduct, December 1995 at Skowhegan, 180 days in jail, all suspended, one year probation.

Christopher Nelson, 25, Madison, obstructing government administration, October 1995 at Skowhegan, $500 fine suspended, $166 restitution.

Richard Dickinson, 59, Norridgewock, assault, May 1995 at Norridgewock, $300 fine.

Kenneth Comfort II, 33, Pittsfield, operating a motor vehicle after license was suspended, January at Pittsfield, $250.

Michael Washburn, 25, Madison, violation of a protection order, September 1995 at Skowhegan, $200 fine suspended.

Eugene Young, 30, Hartland, burglary and theft, April at St. Albans, four years in jail, all but six months suspended, three years probation, $200 restitution.

Kurt Dickensen, 36, Attleboro, Mass., burglary, receiving stolen property and misuse of a credit identification, May 1996 at Pittsfield, 18 months in jail, all but 45 days suspended, two years probation, restitution not to exceed $200.

Somerset County Superior Court:

Dwain Fisher, 36, North New Portland, trafficking in drugs, July 1995 in North New Portland: 48 hours in jail, $300 fine.
