Internet business topic of discussion series

KeyBank, the Rotary Club of Bangor, the Presque Isle Area Chamber of Commerce, the University of Maine at Fort Kent and the University of Maine at Presque Isle will sponsor a series of presentations in March on how companies are using the Internet to succeed.

In his presentation “The Changing E-Commerce Landscape: What Should You Do?” Patrick J. Swanick, retail bank and electronic services president for KeyBank, will speak about the changing landscape for consumers and businesses, focusing on what’s happening on the Internet, including the impact on financial services and why business people should care about these changes. A question-and-answer session and open discussion will follow each presentation.

The sessions will be held:

Bangor – 12:15 p.m. Tuesday, March 25, Rotary Club of Bangor luncheon, Bangor Convention Center, cost $11. For more information, call 945-0618.
