PORTLAND – Top prospect Kevin Youkilis highlights the opening day roster for Boston Red Sox Double A affiliate, the Portland Sea Dogs, on Thursday at 6 p.m. at Hadlock Field.

Youkilis batted .344 in 44 games with the Trenton Thunder last season. Other top prospects are Jorge De La Rosa, Anastacio Martinez, and Charlie Weatherby.

The Sea Dogs open against the Trenton Thunder, the Yankees’ Double A affiliate.

Portland’s coaching staff consists of manager Ron Johnson, hitting coach Mark Budaska, pitching coach Bob Kipper, and trainer B.J. Jaquette.
