QA 13 Architects has relocated operations from Eastport to 38 Columbia St., Bangor. The architectural firm was founded in Eastport in 1985 by Ken Schiano and Paula Beall, who will continue to offer their services statewide. The firm has extensive experience in the design and construction of a wide range of projects from seaside cottages to hotel-marina complexes. It also offers residential, commercial and institutional design as well as historic preservation. Beall has been a practicing architect since 1978, licensed previously in New York and the District of Columbia. She received her Maine license upon moving to Eastport in 1985.
