CAMDEN – Camden National Corp.’s board of directors has declared a quarterly dividend of 16 cents per share payable on April 30 to shareholders of record as of April 17.

CNC is the holding company for three Maine financial institutions: Camden National Bank, with 10 banking offices in Mid-Coast Maine and Vinalhaven; UnitedKingfield Bank, with 18 offices in the central Maine, western Maine, mid-Maine and Aroostook areas; and Trust Company of Maine, with offices in central and eastern Maine.
