ELLSWORTH – The Penquis Dispute Resolution Center will sponsor free parent-teen communication workshops from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. Thursdays, May 1, 8, 15 and 22, at Downeast Health Services, Christian Ridge Road, Ellsworth.

Participants can learn how conflict can escalate and how a person can defuse it.
