BUCKSPORT – Adam Sheehan hit a single in the bottom of the seventh inning to score Jake Knight from first base and give Bucksport the win.
Knight added a single and two runs for the Golden Bucks while Marcus Boober had two singles and an RBI.
Arshewin Aegus led the Mount Desert Island effort with a double, a home run and two RBIs while Marcus Maffucci added a double and a single.

At Orono, Kyle Spinney scored the winning run on Dylan Huckestein’s single to center field with two out in the bottom of the eighth inning to edge the Ponies.
Spinney also had a two-run home run in the fourth while Ryan Levesque had a two-run double and a single and Sam Kelley had two singles for Orono.
Josh Withee tripled, singled and drove in two runs, Danny White had three singles, Matt Carey and Caleb Pelletier doubled and singled, and Ethan Annis singled twice for Foxcroft Academy.

At Winkin Complex in Bangor, Kevin McAvoy’s two-run double keyed a seven-run fifth inning as the Witches took control of the game and went on to beat the Crusaders.
Matt Sargent and T.J. Davis had two singles each for Brewer behind Andrew Patterson, who pitched a four-hitter.

Jessica Norwood hit a RBI double for the Trojans and Bracey Barker had a double and scored a run.
