Hunters looking to get into the fall moose hunt are reminded the deadline for moose permit applications is April 2. Completed applications must be postmarked no later than midnight on April 2 or delivered to Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife headquarters at 284 State Street in Augusta by 5:00 p.m. on Monday, April 2

Applications are available at license agents and sporting good stores throughout the state and at DIFW regional headquarters.
