The rest areas from Portland to the Sherman exit are filthy. When the toilets are so dirty that you’d rather take a walk in the woods, that’s dirty. Whoever is supposed to be cleaning these places isn’t doing his job.

We want people to come to Maine, so we’d better clean up our act.
