OLD TOWN – Matt Malone doubled, singled and drove in three runs as the Lincoln Lumber rolled to a 23-3 American Legion baseball win over the Orono-Old Town Twins Tuesday.
Steve Whitney had a double and three singles to lead the Lumber and Tyler Gardner doubled and singled with a RBI. Jeremy Ham hit a pair of doubles and Scott Flannery doubled. Matt Leino and Craig Cullen each added two singles.
Bo Thomas hit a three-run home run in the fifth inning for the Twins. Ryan Levesque had a pair of doubles and Dustin Thomas doubled and singled.

At Mansfield Stadium in Bangor Monday, Nick Arthers notched three singles, drove in two runs and earned a save to give Waldo the victory.
Jamie Potvin chipped in with two doubles for the winners, Jesse Johnson added two singles and an RBI and Marcus Quesinberry had a single and two RBIs.
Steve Colbeth cranked a two-run home run for Calais in the seventh inning. He also singled twice as did Joe Footer and Scott Macdonald.

At Hampden, Steve Colbeth tripled, doubled, and singled to drive in a pair of runs and lead Calais to the win.
Brian Maloney struck out nine and walked no one and hit a double and a single for the Suns and Joe Footer hit a RBI triple in the third inning.
Kevin Brooks had a double and two singles with two RBIs for Hampden and Blaine Meehan hit a double and singled twice.

At Bangor, Bangor earned the victory due to forfeit as Post 47 of Aroostook County could not field a full team.

At Ellsworth, righty Seth Mayo tossed a four-hitter and Adam Cousin’s two-run single in the three-run first inning provided him with the only runs he was to need.
Mayo struck out one and walked three in his route-going performance to lead the Acadians to their fourth straight win.
Tony Conroy and Garrett Hardison had three singles each for Trenton with Conroy collecting two RBIs.
Mark Clapp tripled and doubled and drove in one run.
Brothers Jamie and Devin Potvin had two hits each for Waldo with one of Jamie Potvin’s hits being a double.

At Blue Hill, Mark Farnham doubled, singled and drove in three runs to lead Central Maine Cleaning of Bangor to victory in a game halted after five innings due to fog.
Randy Renaud and Tom Caldwell each chipped in with a two-run double for the winners and Jimmy Alexander added an RBI double.
