DOVER-FOXCROFT – Eight bands have signed contracts to perform at the Piscataquis Heritage Festival Bluegrass Concert Saturday and Sunday, Sept. 27 and 28, at the Piscataquis Valley Fairgrounds.

The festival will include a barbecue contest, artisan show, gourmet food show, craft demonstrations, a paintball demonstration and more.
