ORONO – Chris Hillier, an 8-year-old from Brewer, aced the 80-yard fourth hole at Penobscot Valley Country Club on Saturday with a 5-iron during a Father-Son Tournament. The event was witnessed by Andy Hillier, Todd Hillier, and Peter Van Syckle.

ORONO – Mike Ambrose of Orono shot a hole-in-one on the 144-yard fourth hole at Penobscot Valley Country Club on Wednesday with a 9-iron. The shot was witnessed by Terry Kenniston, Scott Hobbs and Peter Libhart.
