PHILADELPHIA – Fred Lazo of the University of Maine has been named the Atlantic 10 Defensive Player of the Week for the second straight week. The senior linebacker from East Patchaque, N.Y., registered six tackles, including two for a loss, one a sack, made an interception and recovered a fumble in the Black Bears’ 44-21 win over Hofstra on Saturday night.
