ORONO – Hampden’s Tom Robert’s aced the 158-yard par-3 sixth hole at Penobscot Valley Country Club with a 5-iron on Tuesday. Charles Roberts, Louise Roberts, and Dan Lux witnessed the shot.

HAMPDEN – Tim Hardy of the Bangor Rams recorded a hole-in-one on the sixth hole at Hampden Country Club Tuesday during a high school golf match. Hardy used a 6-iron to achieve the ace on the 185-yard, par-3 hole.
