ORONO – Sandy Cyrus, owner and operator of Full Circle Yoga studio, will mark the facility’s one-year anniversary with a day of special classes Saturday, Nov. 8.

Intermediate yoga will be offered at 7:30 a.m. and beginner yoga at 9:30 a.m. that day, both at a discount for new students. Class size is limited, so students must register in advance by calling 866-4103.

In the afternoon, the studio will host an open house. At 1 p.m., Cyrus will offer a 45-minute flamenco dance demonstration, including a mini-flamenco class.

A free 45-minute yoga class will be offered at 2 p.m. for aspiring yoga students who are new to yoga. Participants will learn relaxation techniques and several beginner yoga postures.
