RH Daniel Deacon 3.00 1-1 2 RH Ryan Harris 10.00 1-0 5

Outlook: The Bears will continue working on “little” things such as situational baserunning and scoring runners from third with less than two outs. UMaine is back home, weather permitting, for 14 of its last 19 games. The Bears pounded Bowdoin for 12 runs and 14 hits Tuesday night. Division IIIColby, which competes in the New England Small College Athletic Conference, has dropped six games in a row, four of those by two runs or less. The White Mules have yet to play a home contest. Opponents are hitting only .256 against UMaine pitching. Harris gets the start, with Mike Reid and Eric Johnson among others who might get some work.
