XENIA, Ohio – Athletes in Action will take a team of past and present Division I women’s basketball players to Spain from May 19-June 3. Among them will be Ellen Geraghty of the University of Maine.

Geraghty was a two-year captain of the Black Bears. She saw action in 87 games from 1999-2003. She was part of Maine’s 1999-2000 NCAA Tournament team.

AIA features standouts from colleges such as Michigan, Memphis, Washington State, and Davidson. They will play high-level club teams in Barcelona, Madrid, and Valenica before returning back to the U.S.
