Third-quarter surge lifts MCI past Mount View

PITTSFIELD – Kasey Dodge scored 20 points Friday night to help push Maine Central Institute to a 49-28 girls basketball victory over Mount View of Thorndike.

Victoria Huff scored 11 points and posted six assists for the Huskies, who outscored the Mustangs 16-4 in the third quarter to pull away.

Amy Miles netted 12 points for Mount View.
