BANGOR – Jason Huntley scored three goals, two off the power play, to lead the Hampden Academy Broncos to a 3-1 high school hockey win over the John Bapst Crusaders at Sawyer Arena Saturday.
Kevin Brooks chipped in with three assists for the 4-3 winners while Ian Lee, Dan Mangano and Matt Soucy each added one assist. Rory Woods made 16 saves.
Alex Yates scored off a Brian Leighton assist for the 2-6 Crusaders and Dan Leighton made 39 saves.

At T.J. Ryan Arena in Brewer, Eamon Harding netted two goals to lead Brewer past Lawrence.
Jake Richter and Matt Grimes each scored a goal and had an assist for the 2-6 Witches. Andrew Patterson scored a goal, and Kevin Kotredes, Ben Caldwell, and Eric Grass each had an assist. Anthony Puiia and Christine Thoms combined to make 16 saves on 17 shots.
Josh Mitchell netted an unassisted goal in the third period for the 0-6 Bulldogs of Fairfield. Allie Woods stopped 30 of 35 attempts.
