BANGOR – Annie McIntosh tossed in 21 points Sunday as Husson College rolled to a 73-44 North Atlantic Conference women’s basketball victory over Lesley College at Newman Gym.
The Braves bounced back after suffering a 57-50 loss to Saint Joseph’s College of Standish on Saturday.
In Sunday’s game, Holly Gracie and Stephanie Noyes tallied nine points each for Husson.
Lisa Rehm paced Lesley with 14 points.
On Saturday, Morgan Brownlee netted 17 points to pace the Monks.
Megan Tetrault scored 13 and Abbie Rice had 11.

UM-Farmington wins twice
At Farmington Sunday, Kari Simpson tallied 25 points to lead UMaine- Farmington to a 83-58 victory over Lasell.
The Beavers downed Mount Ida 82-38 on Saturday.

For Lasell, Courtney Casserly netted 19 points.

Bengals lose two games
The University of Maine-Fort Kent Lady Bengals dropped two games over the weekend as Lyndon State won 59-52 Saturday and the College of St. Joseph beat the Bengals 71-66 on Sunday.
On Saturday, the Hornets’ free-throw shooting was too much for the Bengals to overcome.
Heidi Fisher led UMFK with 15 points while April Allen added 11.
On Sunday, the College of St. Joseph bolted to a 37-22 halftime lead and withstood a Bengal rally.

UM-Fort Kent splits
The University of Maine-Fort Kent split two weekend games in Vermont, beating the College of St. Joseph 78-56 on Sunday after dropping a 108-101 decision Saturday at Lyndon State.
On Sunday, the Bengals led 33-30 at halftime but broke it open with a 45-28 run. Chad Gervais led UMFK with 23 points while Roy Golstein notched 14 and Bartas Samaitis 10.
On Saturday, the Bengals couldn’t overcome Lyndon State’s 3-point shooting, as the hosts went 21-for-39 from beyond the arc.
Samaitis led the way for the Bengals with 33 points. Goldstein tossed in 24 while Gervais had 16.
