BANGOR – Penobscot County Child Development Services will sponsor a free developmental screening for 3-and 4-year-olds, as well as 5-year-olds not yet eligible for kindergarten, from 9 a.m. to noon Thursday, March 11, at Hermon Elementary School, Billings Road.
