ORONO – Tristan Desnet netted the only two goals of the game to lead the University of Maine women’s hockey team to a 2-0 victory over Boston College at Alfond Arena Friday night.

Kelly Law added an assist for 10-14-4 Maine, and Lara Smart saved all 20 shots she faced.

Lisa Davis made 22 saves on 24 shots for 5-18-3 Boston College.
