I offer the following solution to the Iraq situation: Turn Saddam Hussein loose for one year. Put him back in charge. Surely he is much wiser now. Let his people decide if they want to keep him on. Save millions in trial expenses. Set up a parole board to watch him closely. No salary or expense account for life to be his punishment.
