PORTLAND – Tax Cap YES! has launched a Web site to present information and guest columns in support of the 1 percent property tax cap referendum.

Visitors to www.taxcapyes.org will also be able to make secure, online donations to Tax Cap YES!

Eric Cianchette, a Portland area businessman, and Phil Harriman, a Portland businessman and former state Senator from Yarmouth, started Tax Cap YES! to support the 1 percent property tax cap referendum initiated by the Maine Taxpayers Action Network.
