BANGOR – Penquis Community Action Program will hold its third annual Economic Prosperity for Everyone Community Conference from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesday, June 8, at the G. Clifton Eames Learning Center at Bangor Savings Bank.

The theme is “Preparing Youth for Prosperity.” John Dorrer, deputy director for work-force programs at the National Center on Education and the Economy will be the keynote speaker. Yellow Light Breen, vice president and general counsel of Bangor Savings Bank, will be the luncheon speaker.
