David Tozier, St. Croix Federal Credit Union chief executive officer and president, was presented recently with the James M. Grotto Award for Outstanding Credit Union Manager at the annual meeting and convention of the Maine Credit Union League.

Tozier has been president of St. Croix Federal Credit Union since 1995, in which time he has seen the credit union’s assets grow to $18 million.
