BANGOR – The Maine Standardbred Breeders & Owners Association’s annual summer meeting will be held Saturday at Miller’s Restaurant.

The business portion of the meeting will start at 3 p.m. There will be a social hour at 4:30 and a dinner at 5. The MSBOA will present scholarships and hear a talk by guest speaker Steven T. Snyder, a senior vice president of Penn National Gaming Inc.
