Following is the proposed text of the local referendum question Bangor officials are contemplating putting on the Nov. 2 ballot:

“Shall the following order be adopted?

The voters of the City of Bangor hereby ratify the prior actions of the Bangor City Council in incurring all currently existing indebtedness of the City of Bangor.”
