ROCKLAND: VOLUNTEERS LEAVE THEIR MARK AT CHURCH Thirteen teenagers and the Rev. Irven Gammon (right), associate pastor of Rockland Congregational Church, prepare to transform a church classroom into a music room earlier this month. The teen members of Landmark Volunteers camped at the church for two weeks. They worked at seamanship trainer Atlantic Challenge Aug. 2-15, then donated a day’s labor to Rockland Congregational, 180 Limerock St., in exchange for the church’s hospitality.
