Two Belfast District Court case results reported in some editions Monday contained misleading information. A charge of gross sexual assault against Donald C. Pacheco, 48, of Belfast and a charge of violation of conditions of release against Robert Bacon, 38, of Frankfort were dismissed at the District Court level, but both men were charged in Superior Court after being indicted by the Waldo County grand jury.

A story in the March 10-11 edition of Maine Weekend incorrectly referred to Maine Maritime Academy as a private college. MMA is a public, state-funded college.
