Because of incorrect information released by a court, a story in some editions Tuesday incorrectly said Carl D. Adams, 42, of Cushing, who was indicted for manslaughter and criminal operating under the influence, had two previous OUI charges, which resulted in one conviction and a dismissal. The OUIs involved his twin brother, Carlton D. Adams, according to defense attorney Steven Peterson of Rockport, who is representing Carl D. Adams.
