One change approved for the 2002 turkey season was omitted in Friday’s paper. There will be an extension of the hunting zone into the area that extends north of Bangor to Milo, east to Lincoln, and south to Aurora. The Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife Advisory Council is the last step in the rule-making process. The commissioner by law makes and adopts rules, and then must get the council’s consent.

A story on a flu clinic at St. Joseph Health Park on Broadway in Bangor that appeared in Thursday editions contained incorrect times for the upcoming clinic sessions. The correct times are Saturday, Oct. 27, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.; Saturday, Nov. 3, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.; and Saturday, Nov. 10, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
