A headline accompanying an Associated Press article published in Maine Day on Wednesday about a lawsuit against developer Michael Liberty may have inadvertently given the impression that Liberty’s assets have been seized. According to both Liberty’s lawyer and publicist, no assets have been seized, the AP story was incomplete, and legal advertisements concerning the assets, which were cited in the article, are “misleading and unethical.”
