A story in Friday’s Maine Day about a lawsuit filed against the town of Carmel contained incorrect information. The land in question is owned separately by Earle McSorley, Donald Hewes and Barry Higgins. If voters approve the loan, the land of all three owners will be subject to appropriation by the town.
