Correcting the record

A story published in Monday’s Maine Day about the reapportionment of county districts for Aroostook County incorrectly stated that a number of towns would be shifted from District 2 to District 1. In fact, the towns of Ashland, Masardis, Garfield Plantation and Westfield will be shifted from District 1 to District 2.

In the March 2-3 Style section, it was stated that no one correctly identified the item featured in the “What Is It” column. In fact, some 40 people correctly identified the collapsible cup used for travel or camping.

Monday’s Family Ties column on the Style page had two errors in addresses for Web sites. The site for Abbott Memorial Library is www.dextermaine.org/library.html. There is no hyphen between dexter and maine.
